Help i have rescues a border terrier 2years old who is petrified of everything and every one including me!!!!?

ther IS always hope It is all about trust it may take awhile but be loving ,gentle and consistant. I too had one like that and she was my buddy, it is such a shame people can do theses kinds of things to animals. I am a firm believer people should be PUNISHED for abuse. You dog will come around just try to realize what it is like to live in fear. it will take a while to undo what some ignorant idiot did, good luck and bless you for caring.
