Pregnant and confused lol?

ok i gave blood today to confirm my pregnancy. the nurse called back and said that it was very low hormone detection i guess you could say. my levels were at 82 so does anyone know what that means? could it be that im about to miscarry or that im barely pregnant? i tried to call back and talk to the doc but was on hold for over 20 minutes!! sorry if it sounds all over the place
