If you find out that someone you know and like..?

I've just started a new job and overheard someone say something phobic the other day, but because she wasn't talking to me I didn't say anything. But if she ever has a conversation with me about it I would tell her my differing views. Also I really get on with this person I really like her. So i wouldn't confront her until she has a conversation with you specifically. But I know what you mean it is frustrating that someone you like and think is a good person can be so closed minded. I had a similar problem with a racist person. I'm not black or gay but it is still upsetting that people can be so prejudice.
