On the nanny what is the name of the episode where max kisses Fran on his desk?

Ahhhhh...one of my personal favorites. That was season 4 episode 6, Me and Mrs.Joan. Max and Fran ran into James Sheffield, Maxwell's father, outside an art gallery (while making out), who left his family for his secretary when Max was young. Fran sees this as an opportunity to make things better and invites him over for dinner. When James arrives he brings an unexpected guest, Joan, James secretary and now wife. Fran doesn't understand why Max cant be more like his father and care to his needs instead of worrying about everyone else. This results on Max giving into his impulses and taking Fran right there on his desk, but is cut short by a certain butler walking in on them. After James wipes Sylvia of her savings with a bad tip, Max realizes that he shouldn't be more like his father and apologizes to Fran for his behavior.
