I am a new hire at Walmart, the employees are constantly bickering with each other , same for every Walmart?

Yea seriously though , I have had 13 jobs before and not once have I ever seen anything like this. Walmart has a policy where you work 2 hours take a 15 min break work 2 more take your hour lunch and work 2 more take another 15 min break.. The workers practically yell at each other when it's time for their breaks if they do not get them on time ! I have seen this in two departments so far. Also there is constant nagging with one another about stupid stuff " no I'm over here I'm not helping that customer " or " that's not my job " It is ridiculous. Is it like this at every Walmart? I came from a supermarket where we all got along and helped each other out and things ran very smoothly. what is up with this??
