Do you think Colonel James L. Pohl made a “wise” decision?

No Pohl most certainly did not make a wise decision and I think first person who responded hit the nail on the head. I do wonder why Obama wants to delay the trials but I'm sure he has his reasons and this move by Pohl smacks political to me. It also arouses fear of a run-a-way military even tho he's a lawyer. Good to see the the Pentagon stepping in. This man should resign or preferably and if possible be fired. This smells like mutiny to me.
