Dog has attacked a neighbors dog 3 time nearly killing it she has the taste of blood now do i get her put down?

My dog is three years old rescued as a puppy but she started getting out and running around the orange groves killing rabbits recently she attacked my neighbours dog three times, this time though the dog was lucky to survive i dont know what to do i have sent her to a friend for a couple of days until i know what to do with her as i am afraid she will kill the dog next time i am told that once a dog has tasted blood they will carry on wanting to get out for more
