I am trying to find a commercial from the 80's or early 90's...?

The commercial was for one of those compilation records. It had some freaky hippie-like guy who would lip sync to some of the songs. One of the songs is from the Atlanta Rhythm Section or something and is called Spooky - "love is kind of crazy with a spooky little girl like you". The commercial guy kind of acted out that part of the song. I really want to find out the name of the album that was being offered in this commercial. I thought it was Freedom Rock but it is NOT. Does anyone remember this?? Thanks.
