I was unemployed when the Dell Cooperation closed in Ontario. Now I really need another job. But I am having ?

Now I am having extermley hard time finding a job.... I applied everywhere and I am also applying got the placement agencies... however I never had any sucess when i applied through them... I am just wondering what is the best way to get a job fast... I really really need a job.. please help...
