If Michelangelo was alive today, would he marble at his statue of David or would he just take it for granite?

He would remain rock solid in his resolve. He might even be a little boulder today. He was not one to lead a sedimentary life. He would not gravel in front of others to seek approval. No rhinestone cowboy was he. Everything was crystal clear to him. Although, with our freer lifestyle today, he might light a joint or two and get stoned. Like the Venus de Milo statue, we would still find his charm to be quite disarming.
